practicing with my new camera and this is the first time ever i've been able to shoot bokeh with lights :D the only problem is i don't know how i did it so i can't figure out how to so it again XD

What's so hard about bokeh? Open aperture, pull trigger, done.

It's not bokeh I find difficult, it's bokeh with lights, normally when I try the lights go fuzzy but not fuzzy enough to make those pretty light circles (if that makes sense) :D plus I'm still getting used to my new camera and it's a little confusing

Hm, yea. Well, besides opening the aperture and adjusting the distance to your subject, technically, there's not much you can do. It probably come down to what lens you use and the light source itself. The higlights will always come out as circles, so the fuzziness around them has to come from surrounding light of lower luminance, I suppose.
